Psalms 5: Warrior King and/or Loving Father?
By looking at the big picture Scripture presents, we can see one clear image of God…
Evicted from the luxury and freed from the restrictions of Laodicea’s Community of Light, the crew find themselves homeless and without prospect as night closes in. Stumbling upon old family and new friends at an abandoned factory, the Light’s purpose for them is gradually revealed.
But surely they have misinterpreted His plan?
Are they up to the challenge?
Will their personal stumbling blocks be too great to overcome?
Is the Dark too insidious and ingrained in Laodicea to be defeated?

I have been looking forward to getting my hands on this story.
Broken Restoration is the third instalment in the Armour of Light Series from the mighty pen of author Donita Bundy.
The cover is awesome and that’s just for starters.
After leaving Laodicea’s Community of Light, ‘the family’ find an old factory they might be able to call home for the short term. Except it isn’t abandoned.
A group of women, escapees from the Temple of Ashera, and children have been eking out an existence there for several years, helped by a wheelchair bound man and others within the wider community.
‘The family’ believe they have been led to the compound to give assist those living there in whatever way is needed. But there is understandably wariness on both sides.
The family gradually introduce the other residents to the ways of the Light in preparation for an anticipated battle to come.
Broken Restoration is brilliantly told from multiple character viewpoints as they each struggle with their own personal issues. Can they overcome their challenges to unite in a quest to destroy the Temple?
Will the Light prevail and overcome the far-reaching tentacles of the Dark Lord?Great story, bring on Book 4, Humble Insurrection.

A wonderful reminder that when I am unable see the plan or wonder if there even is a plan, that is the very best moment to trust the process and stay the course because there is a plan more fantastic and wonderful than I could ever imagine.

“Broken Restoration beautifully highlights God’s redemptive love for us, and the fact that we all belong in His family, no matter our past mistakes. I thoroughly enjoyed devouring the third instalment of the Armour of Light series and can’t wait for book four! Thank you for outworking God’s call on your life!
